Your journey begins with registering for an upcoming cohort. During this process, you'll choose between our Free and Paid program tracks, and select a specific tech stack that aligns with your career aspirations.

• Free Track: This track is ideal for intermediate to advanced talents who are looking to validate their skills and be assessed through a rigorous program. It's designed for those who are largely self-sufficient but seek structured challenges and a pathway to fellowship.
• Paid Track: Tailored for beginners, this track provides comprehensive online live classes. You'll receive direct instruction and guidance, building foundational knowledge and practical skills from the ground up.

2. The Learning Stage (One Month)

Upon registration, participants embark on a crucial learning stage, typically lasting one month.

• Paid Track Participants: You will engage in live classes focused on your chosen tech stack. These sessions are designed to deepen your understanding and prepare you for the assessment phase.
• Free Track Participants: You will gain access to a wealth of free resources and dedicated mentorship. This support system is designed to help you rapidly upskill and prepare for the challenges ahead.

3. Assessment and Progression

The learning stage culminates in an assessment phase, which differs based on your chosen track:

• Free Track Assessment: Participants will undergo a multi-choice, game-like quiz, meticulously designed around their registered tech stack. Successful completion of this assessment is crucial for progression.
• Paid Track Progression: Participants in the paid track will be evaluated through a series of challenges and assignments. Upon successfully passing these, you will automatically be promoted to the next stage of the fellowship pathway.

4. Technical Challenges and Fellowship Qualification

As you advance through the program, each subsequent stage presents its own unique technical challenge. These challenges are meticulously crafted to test your growing expertise and problem-solving abilities. Successfully completing these technical hurdles is a mandatory requirement to qualify for the prestigious Cre8Afrika fellowship.

5. Product Ownership and Fellowship

The ultimate goal of our program is to empower you to create. By the end of the program, individuals or teams are expected to have developed and own their own products. This hands-on product development experience is a cornerstone of our philosophy. Upon achieving this milestone, you will be officially welcomed into the Cre8Afrika fellowship, joining a community of innovative tech talents.
