Welcome to Cre8afrika (“Cre8afrika,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, fellowship programs, mentorship initiatives, tech talent hiring services, and related offerings (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating in any Cre8afrika program or activity.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, including enrolling in our programs, hiring talent, or engaging with our mentorship community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use or access our Services.

2. Our Services

Cre8afrika is an innovation-driven platform dedicated to equipping individuals and organizations with future-ready skills and connecting them to global opportunities. Our key offerings include:

• Tech Fellowship Programs covering UI/UX, Mobile Development, AI Automation, Digital Marketing, and Software Development.
• Learning Tracks:
  • Hands-On Track – includes live coaching, structured mentorship, and guided projects.
  • Self-Taught Track – offers flexible, independent learning opportunities.
• Hire-a-Tech Talent Service, connecting trained professionals with global organizations.
• Personalized Mentorship & Real-World Projects to enhance practical experience.

The Fellowship emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Participants may collaborate to cofound new products that can be monetized. These projects may contribute to career portfolios and potential hiring opportunities through Cre8afrika’s partner network.

Cre8afrika is powered by Estyne International Limited, which supports program delivery and sustainability.

3. Eligibility

To participate in Cre8afrika programs or use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Participants are evaluated based on skill level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced). Beginners can enroll in the paid hands-on coaching track, while self-taught learners can access free mentorship resources.

4. Registration & Accounts

Certain Services require registration or account creation. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

Cre8afrika reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

• All applicable fees must be paid before accessing paid Services unless otherwise specified.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. However, participants may defer enrollment to the next available cohort if they submit a written request at least 7 days before the program start date.
• Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes, transfer charges, or bank fees.

6. Code of Conduct

All users, participants, mentors, and partners must:

• Treat others respectfully and professionally.
• Use the Services for lawful and ethical purposes only.
• Avoid plagiarism, harassment, discrimination, or intellectual property violations.
• Support a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

Cre8afrika reserves the right to suspend or remove individuals who breach this Code of Conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

• All materials, tools, and content on Cre8afrika’s platforms (including text, graphics, videos, and logos) are owned by or licensed to Cre8afrika and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Participants retain rights to their original projects but grant Cre8afrika and Estyne International Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to showcase their work for educational, promotional, or community purposes.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of Cre8afrika content is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers

Cre8afrika provides all Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific career outcomes, employment, or financial results. While we strive to maintain high-quality programs, we are not liable for:

• Interruptions or technical issues.
• Actions or omissions of third parties.
• Loss of data or opportunities arising from use of our Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cre8afrika’s total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Cre8afrika within the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Modifications to Services or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

Cre8afrika is committed to protecting your personal data. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
